1. Delete it from your IPhone, just hold your finger on the App youwant to take off until it starts to shake, click the X in the circle, Topleft side of the icon.
2. Open ITunes on your computer
3. Select your IPhone from the list
4. Click on the Applications Tab in ITunes
5. Change the Options on that tab from All Applications to Selectedapplications
6. Click on just the Apps you want on the phone in the box.
