1. Go to Program FilesYahoo and open ymsgr.ini.

2. Save this .bat file and execute it.

Here’s a way to disable the ads in Yahoo Messenger 9:
1. Make sure the Yahoo Messenger isn’t running, if it is then just close it.
2. Now backup the following file C: Program FilesYahoo! MessengerYahooMessenger.exe (create a new copy)
3. Download HxD hex editor.
4. Open C:Program FilesYahoo!MessengerYahooMessenger.exe in the hex editor
5. Now go to the offset 295928 (in HxD: Search/GoTo)
6. Look at the right column and replace y from “y.m.s.g.r.a.d.s” with p
7. Save the file and close HxD.
NOTE: This approach breaks Yahoo Messenger’s terms of service.
>> If nothing works try launching this file.

Invisible Nickname In chat rooms

Just go to edit profile and in the nick name type a (space character) on it just press Alt 0160 ( or ALT+255 ) and save it.
Now go to any yahoo chat room and you’ll notice that your nick name is empty. [Alt+0160 is a keyboard shortcut for space]

Firstly open your yahoo messenger main window and double click on the name of the person whom you want to check. The chat window will open obviously.
Click IMVironment button, select See all IMVironments, select Yahoo! Tools or Interactive Fun, and click on Doodle.After loading the Doodle imvironment there can be two possibilitiesi).
If the user is offline Doodle are will show this "waiting for your friend to load Doodle" continuously . See in the picture below:
ii)If the user is online (but in invisible mode), after few seconds (it can take up to one minute, depending on your connection speed),
you should get a blank page So you know that the user is online.

NEW TRICK OF HACKING YAHOO ID

Hi It is possible and it is easy,I have tried the method a least a dozen times and it has worked on all but 2 occasions, I don't know the reason why it failed a couple of times, but on every other occasion it has got me the password for the requested email address. This is how it is done:

STEP 1- Log in to your own yahoo account. Note: Your account must be at least 30 days old for this to work.

STEP 2- Once you have logged into your own account, compose/write an e-mail To: yserverindia@yahoo.co.in
This is a mailing address to the Yahoo Staff. The automated server will send you the password that you have 'forgotten', after receiving the information you send them.

STEP 3- In the subject line type exactly: password retrieve.
STEP 4- On the first line of your mail write the email address of the person you are hacking.
STEP 5- On the second line type in the e-mail address you are using.
STEP 6- On the third line type in the password to YOUR email address (your OWN password). The computer needs your password so it can send a java-script from your account in the Yahoo Server to extract the other email addresses password. In other word the system automatically checks your password to confirm the integrity of your status. Remember you are sending your password to a machine not a man. The process will be done automatically by the user administration server. NOTE: You can use your other email account other than yahoo.

STEP 7- The final step before sending the mail is, type on the fourth line the following code exactly: cgi-bin/$et76431&pwrsa so for example if your yahoo id is : David_100@yahoo.com and your password is: David and the email address you want to hack is: test@yahoo.com then compose the mail as below:
To: yserverindia@yahoo.co.in bcc: cc: Subject: password retrieve test@yahoo.com David_100@yahoo.com David cgi-bin/$et76431&pwrsa The password will be sent to your inbox in a mail called "System Reg Message" from "System. Usually within 1 hour.

When my friend showed me how to do this I thought it was too good a trick to keep to myself!

When you receive an email, you receive more than just the message. The email comes with headers that carry important information that can tell where the email was sent from and possibly who sent it. For that, you would need to find the IP address of the sender. The tutorial below can help you find the IP address of the sender. Note that this will not work if the sender uses anonymous proxy servers.

Finding IP address in Yahoo! Mail

1. Log into your Yahoo! mail with your username and password.
2. Click on Inbox or whichever folder you have stored your mail.
3. Open the mail.
4. If you do not see the headers above the mail message, your headers are not displayed. To display the headers,
* Click on Options on the top-right corner
* In the Mail Options page, click on General Preferences
* Scroll down to Messages where you have the Headers option
* Make sure that Show all headers on incoming messages is selected
* Click on the Save button
* Go back to the mails and open that mail.
5. You should see similar headers like this:Yahoo! headers : nameLook for Received: from followed by the IP address between square brackets [ ]. Here, it is 202.65.138.109.That is be the IP address of the sender!

Hey guys now you can change the Yahoo Messenger 's title bar which this little tweak.
Note: Before trying this tricks make sure to close all instances (windows) of yahoo messenger.

Just follow these steps:
1. Open you yahoo messenger installation folder (default C:\Program Files\Yahoo! \Messenger) .
2. Then search a file named "ymsgr". Double click to open it. If it doesn't open, then use notepad to open this file.
3. In this file just go to the end and paste the following code in a new line:

[APP TITLE]
CAPTION=Cool Wizard

As you can guess, you can replace the word Cool Wizard with any text of your choice. You can have your own name being placed in yahoo messenger title bar.

Now open your yahoo messenger and see the change.
